With the FKA app, PQ ENGINEERING has developed software for the fully automated control and monitoring of filter circuit systems (FKA). The freely programmable Janitza UMG604, UMG508, and UMG509 power analyzers serve as the platform. These devices combine complete power quality measurement functions with PLC functionality. A web interface with a logbook and operating status display enables the mains filters to be monitored locally or via the network. Complete monitoring of filter operating data includes, for example, temperature, filter current, harmonic load, resonance detection, and much more.
