Harmonic filter SOFIA

No measurements are required for filter design. Losses approximately 30 μs lower than conventional passive filters and approximately 60 μs lower than active filters make Sofia the most economical harmonic filter. The control concept eliminates filter overload.
Functions
- Filter harmonics
- Compensate reactive power
- Automatic adjustment of the suction effect
- No overload at high harmonic levels
- Prepared for the damping of mains resonances
Technical data
- Rated voltage up to 690 V

PQE uBF/480 broadband filter

An extension with an optional transient filter (Sinetamer) can be integrated in the same housing.
The PQE uBF is operated via a text display with function keys. The device features internal power and temperature monitoring, as well as a temperature-controlled fan.
The PQE uBF can be used as a standalone wall-mounted solution. Its functionality can also be expanded by combining it with the PQE aHF-W active line filter and the PQE SVG-W dynamic compensation solutions.
Functions
- Low-loss resonance damping
- Reduction of supraharmonics up to 10 Hz
- Can be used for common-mode and differential-mode interference
- Transient filtering (option)
Technical data
- Rated voltage 400..480 V
- Filter currents 29..35 A
- Protection class IP20
- 5-wire connection
Areas of application
- Business
- Data centers
- Light industry
- Infrastructure
Resonance damping filter RESI

RESI filters are used when interference occurs at frequencies higher than the classic harmonics. Pure LC absorption circuits cannot eliminate line resonances, but only shift their frequency. Resonances can be effectively dampened by introducing a damping resistor. RESI systems are available as modules, floor-standing units, and cabinet systems. They are also ideal for damping the effects of switching frequencies and commutation dips in high-power converters.
Functions
- Damping of network resonances
- Filtering of supraharmonics up to min. 15 kHz
- Reduction of common mode and differential mode interference
Technical data
- Rated voltage up to 690 V
- Filter current up to 144 A
- Protection class up to IP54
- 5-wire connection
Areas of application
- Business
- industry
- Powerful inverter drives
- Power plants
- Energy supplier
- PV systems
- wind turbines
